What sports can use eSports Manager?
At present GAA, Rugby, Soccer, Golf and Handball. We are in the process of adding Basketball, Hockey, Tag Rugby, Ice Hockey, Darts, Snooker, Pool, Olympic Handball, Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Rounders, Camogie and Squash. eSports Manager can also be used in Wales, Scotland, and England and with some modification it can also be used in the US and Europe.

Can I use eSports Manager if I already have a website?
Yes, we can bolt eSports on to your existing website and update your site with your official fixture, results league tables etc but this will limit your access to the full functionality of eSports technology. We generally recommend parent bodies migrating their website (and content) over to eSports. We can do this quite easily while keeping the general look of your existing site. Many Sports bodies welcome moving their website to eSports as its seen as an opportunity to up-date and freshen up the look of an existing website!

Do I need web skills to use the software?
No, just basic computer knowledge and experience of using an internet browser. There is no software or hardware to buy, install, maintain, or upgrade. To use eSports all you need is a standard web browser. The eSports platform is hosted by us and you can access it anywhere in the world via the web.

Is there a monthly/annual fee to use the text message module?
No, this is included in the monthly charge for using our eSports Service.

Is there a charge for hosting our website?
No, this is included in the package.

Is there back-up service with the software?
Yes we offer 7 days a week phone support from 8am to 10pm.

How long will it take 21st Century Sports to set-up my website?
About 7 to 10 days depending on the level of complexity required and how much material you have for the website on hand. We will train individuals to use eSports Manager in one/two sessions depending on their level of computer knowledge. The technology is designed to be user-friendly and self-explanatory. A number of individuals have taught themselves how to use the system without any formal training!

Will you present/meet with my parent body committee/organising body?
Yes, we welcome the opportunity to demonstrate/present our services at a time of your convenience, free of charge and under no obligations to a group of decision-makers in your organising body or a group of your clubs.
