Kilmacud
Crokes launch their website
|
Kilmacud Crokes, one
of the largest Clubs in the Country with over 80
teams within the club launched e-Sportsmanagers
latest site at their world famous Kilmacud All-Ireland
Sevens tournament last weekend.
The All Ireland Sevens, their flagship annual event,
takes place on Saturday, September 16th. A feature
of the new site will be the almost instantaneous
upload of Sevens results, from over 80 games across
the 4 venues being used this year. Group tables
will be kept right up to date as a consequence.
So all supporters that cant be present on the day,
including supporters of the Hong Kong and Parnells
(London) GAA teams, will be able to monitor their
teams progress as the event progresses!
As the Dublin County board also uses the e-Sportsmanager
platform, Kilmacud Crokes latest fixtures, results
and league tables are automatically updated on the
Kilmacud website by a filtered feed from the Dublin
County board. This ensures that the website is updated
on a daily basis with minimum effort and fuss from
the Kilmacud web-team.
Through e-Sportsmanagers sub user administration,
the site is updated not only by the Kilmacud webmaster
but also by team managers and other willing volunteers
which relieves the burden of keeping the site up
to date.
