Q. Why should
our club have its own Club Website
Many supporters find it difficult to get match results
for club games; now you can provide them with these
results on their own Club Website. An up-to-the-minute
attractive looking website is important to younger
members & players. Juvenile and youth players
expect to be able to check information on matches
on the web. An attractive website is also good for
the profile of a Club.
A Club website is a great means of communicating
with members. Members can be informed of club
fundraisers, important games, training times,
match reports, latest news etc. A good website
increases gate-receipts at home matches as supporters
are made aware of games, times etc. A website
is also excellent for promoting club fundraisers
and attracting volunteers to help with club events
and coaching.

Q. Why should
we get a Club Website from eSports Manager
Very simply, we offer an exclusive service which
cannot be supplied by other website providers. We
provide an automated 'live' feed of data direct
from your sports league to your club website* There
is no work for your club as the feed is fully automated
and integrated into your existing or new website.
Many Clubs find it a struggle to keep their website
up-to-date, often results and fixtures are out of
date or not included at all so this service is very
attractive to clubs.
Our websites are professionally designed by our
own in-house web designers. The website comes
with a simple to use Content Management System
(CMS) - which allows your club officers to update
the website simply and easily in 10 minutes. No
web design skills necessary. Also included with
the website is group text messaging, membership
database and lots more. View Club

*to receive a 'live'
feed for your club website your sports league
must be using eSports Manager software to manage
its competitions.

Q. Our club wishes
to keep our existing club website but would like
to get a 'Live' feed of our club results, fixtures
& tables to our current site. Is this possible?
Yes, we can supply a feed to your site which we
integrate with your club website look and banner.
This is a 24/7 day week feed. There is no work to
a club. All data from the feed is officially supplied
by your competition league. The feed consists of
a new section with fixtures, results and league
tables displayed in full. To maintain the feed,
pay for hosting, support etc the charge is €35per
month(+VAT) by standing order. Many clubs ask a
local business to sponsor the standing order and
in return the sponsor obtains branding on the results,
fixtures and league tables pages of the club website.
|
Q. How do you
provide us with 'Live' results, fixtures and league
tables?
This Scoreboard service is only possible due to
the excellent work of your sports league and more
specifically your Fixtures Administrator(s). The
Scoreboard is provided by eSports Manager in conjunction
with each sports league. A league uses our software
to manage its competitions, collect results, update
league tables and the league database. As a fixtures
secretary makes a change or a match official returns
a result this is automatically 'fed' directly to
your Club website. |
Q. What is the
cost of a Club Website and its accompanying services?
Generally there is a set-up fee to design the club
website and set-up the club services. This is a
once-off set-up fee. This fee is sometimes waived
as often a sponsor covers the cost of providing
this service to all the clubs in a league. Once
the website is set-up there is a monthly fee to
cover the cost of the use of the website CMS software,
text messaging, hosting, support etc. This charge
can be as low as €35 per month (plus VAT).
We will be happy to supply you with more information
and a quotation. Make an enquiry |
Q. How much does
it cost to get a 'Live' feed of results & fixtures
to our existing club website ?
Set up of a 'Live' feed involves integration with
your club banner, club colours and the look of your
site. This setup is typically done by our web designers
free of charge with the support of a sponsor. To
maintain the feed, pay for hosting, support etc
the charge is €35per month(+VAT) by standing
order. Many clubs ask a local business to sponsor
the standing order and in return the sponsor obtains
branding on the results, fixtures and league tables
pages of the club website. |
Q. Do you put
adverts on our club website?
Occasionally. We put a few unobtrusive adverts on
the site to promote the sponsorship of the club
website. The results, fixtures, league table pages
will often display adverts from the league sponsors.
We will explain this in full with your club. We
also encourage clubs to put up their own adverts
for local businesses and generate money for their
club. |
Q. How can our
Club Scoreboard generate revenue for our club?
A Club can sell adverts on their new up-to-the-minute
club website to local businesses. Clubs can decide
their own charge for these adverts. The adverts
will be displayed in a rotational order and can
be linked to the advertisers website. Adverts can
be uploaded directly by a club for a small nominal
charge. |
