Tri Lakes TC will be hosting 2 duathlons in 2012.

The next Tri Lakes TC duathlon is on Sunday March 4th in Cong, Co. Mayo.

Valid TI Membership Cards Only Must be Presented at Registration (Grey in Color)

No Card = No Licence

(In which case an ODL will need to be purhased - available on the day)

No Licence - No Race - No Exceptions

The race can be entered via the Triathlon Ireland website here. Registration will be available on the morning of the race too.

The race consists of a 5k run - 20k cycle - 5k run. Please find the route map attached here.

Registration is from 8am to 9:30am.

Registration takes place at St Feichins GAA pitch beisde Lisloughrey House.

The race starts at 10am.

Car parking will be available too. Transition is a 100m walk from the car park.

As stated above, this is a TI sanctioned event and TI membership or a ODL is required.

Please note that online registration closes on Friday January 27th. Athletes can also register on the morning of the duathlon between 8am and 9:15am as described below.

Registration opens at 8am at Caherlistrane GAA Patch and closes at 9:15am.

There is no parking at Castle Hacket so all competitors must cycle to Castle Hacket from the GAA pitch.
