Ladies Football Update
The Naas Minor team commence their Championship season on Saturday 18th February against Suncroft in Naas at 3pm.This squad are very young featuring u16,u15 and u14 players. All members of the squad have experienced success at their respective age groups and this will be of great benefit as they compete for honours in the Minor A Championship.Their next opposition will be St Laurences at home on Saturday 25th February at 4 30pm followed by Moorefield away on Saturday 3rd March.
The u14 Squad have also been training diligently in preparation for the Feile Qualifiers on Saturday 18th February in Carbury.The teams in their group include Confey and Carbury. This squad include all the 1998 players and some 1999 players.They are very committed to training and look forward to the challenge.One team from each group qualify for the final stages on Saturday 25th February.The Club have entered two teams in the u14 League commencing on Saturday 17th March. Naas will encounter Suncroft,Carbury ,Two mile House and Robert Emmets.Nás na Ríogh will play Moorefield,Ballymore and St Kevin's.
The u16 squad will begin their league campaign in March and are currently training with the minor squad.There is a feast of football in store and support is greatly appreciated.
