While Mayo may not be regarded by too many people as a hurling stronghold, our hurlers have performed very well over the years with limited resources. In recent years Mayo have been extremely competitive at Christy Ring Cup level and while we haven't won the grade 2 competition, progress has definitely been made. Strong work is ongoing at underage level also.
