The League are well on their way to start the Underage Girls League. With the applications from Clane United and Naas AFC the League is ready to start its Under 13, Under 15 and Under17 Leagues.

Following a very successful meeting with the FAI Development Officers and Dave Connell the Manager of the Irish Under 19 Team the League have been confirmed as the ONLY League centre for underage Girl players in Kildare

Teams already entered in the League to date :

Under 13 : Edenderry Town, Clane United, Moone Celtic, Kilcock Celtic and Naas AFC

Under 15: Clane United, Edenderry Town, Kilcock Celtic, Moone eltic, Naas AFC and Straffan AFC

Under 17:Kynog United, Moone Celtic Arlington AFC AND Edenderry Town

Applications are required for a 7 a side Under 11 League at present Applications have been received from Moone Celtic, 2 teams from Newbridge, Edenderry Town and Kilcock Celtic. There are a few other teams out there who may be in a position to enter teams.

A meeting of all clubs involved in Girls Soccer will take place on Thursday night *15^th September  in Touger Park at 8.00 pm

Can all Clubs involved in Girls football please have a representative present and any new club interested in forming a Girls only team are invited to attend
