AIM:
The workshop is designed to assist coaches to introduce game related practices through the Small Sided Games structure to children aged between 7 and 9 years old.

OBJECTIVES:
To provide coaches with the ability to:
• Promote the use of SSG practices earlier in the training
session
• Understand the importance of development of children
between the age of 7-9 rather than winning at all cost
• Improve the knowledge of coaching styles working
with 7-9 year old age group
• Have a better understanding of the characteristics of
the 7-9 year old football player.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Course candidates will be Coaches with the minimum of
a Kick Start 1 Certificate.

DURATION/FORMAT:
3 contact hours.
There are practical aspects of the course, therefore please bring appropriate attire for both indoor and outdoor use.

ASSESSMENT:
Attendance Certificate
Full attendance is compulsory to gain certification.
